- Clone / Snip Ordering Policy
- Separate Orders Required: Clone/Snip orders cannot be combined. Please place them separately.
- Payment Options: We accept Zelle, CashApp, PayPal & Debit/Credit Cards.
- Made to Order: All Clones and Snips are cut per order. Please allow a turnaround time of 2–21 business days.
- Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Specialty Packaging: Shipments are secured in plant-specific containers to ensure safe arrival.
- Shipping Days: Clone/Snip orders ship Monday–Wednesday AM only to avoid weekend delays.
- Order Minimums: Minimum order is 3 Snips or 1 Clone.
- Definitions:
- Clones are fully rooted cuts, ready to transplant.
- Snips are fresh cuttings that still require propagation before transplanting.
